Since Veritas licensing is much cheaper for Linux, the very powerful and economical x86-servers, we make use of other favourably priced components and our lower administrative costs we can offer you a competitive solution for a much better price.

Nearly all necessary hardware and software maintenance can be done online, even rearranging and resizing filesystems. High redundancy is achieved by 4-way mirroring and system placement across separated server-rooms or even buildings.
Since the system is very modular you may use parts or all of your Certasys disks for Tapeless Backup. Since this configuration uses Raid 5 with hotspares and the market providing 400 GB disks now, you can reach up to 31 Terabyte net.
